Placements in the three offices totalled 522 for the month, which compares to a total of 532 placements during June, 1985 and 312 placements during July, 1984. Free Press Staff Photo Jaycees roast mayor Sept. 5' Organîzers are hoping that their "Man of the Hour" will be well done by the end of a celebrity roast they are holding in honor of Mayor Bob At- tersley on Sept. 5. According to Keith Wagar, the Whitby Jaycees are hoping to turn this into an annual event. This year, the good natured ribbing of the mayor 'will benefit the Durhamn Region chapter of the Multiple Scierosis Society of Canada. The only confirmed roaster at this time is Wren Blair, former general manager of the Whitby Dunlops and coach of the Boston Bruins.
