"The boys wanted to Jesse the building from me but they had no money, but it was a good ides," said Mr. Longmuir who has owned the building for the last five yesrs. "'At first I had thouglit of offices and retail stores but' downtown Whitby is dying. Just look at the office building across from the post office, three floors of office space and no one to rent them. " He said lie became convinced the idea would work while at a MacDonalds restaurant on a Saturday niglit.
