Level off and pour onto waxed paper. Add oats, baking powder, soda and sait. Stir well to blend. CREAM butter, brown sugar, egg yolks, grated carroes and milk together thoroughly. ADD flour mixture gradually. Beat welI BEAT egg whites to form stiff peaks. Gently fold egg whites into batter. SPRINKLE haif of bread crumbs in greased shallow 2 qt.
