Heat oil in fry pan. Brown chops on both sides. Drain fat. Combine chili sauce, honey, lemon rind and juice, sait and pepper. Stir into pan. Cover and simmer over iow heat about 30 minutes. Remove chops from pan and keep warm. Whisk tegether sour cream and flour. Stir inte pan juices. Cook until smooth and thick. Spoon over chops. Serves 4-6. Formn into a loaf [8x4x1.1/2"/2Ox1Ox4cm] in shial- Iow baking pan. Bal<e in 350 degree F [180 degree C] oven, 1 hour. Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before siicing. Makes 6 servings.
