Chieken Ilawaian 2 lb [1 kg] chicken pieces 3 tbsp [45 ml] ou 1 bottie [285 ml] chili sauce 1 can [7-1/2 ozJ199 ml] tomato sauce 1 can [14 oz1398 ml] pineapple chunks [drain and reserve juice] Brown chicken pieces in skillet on ail sides in hot ol. Stir in liquid drained from pineapple [plus water to make 1-i/4 cups/300 ml], chili sauce, tomato sauce. Simmer 30-35 minutes or until tender. Add pineapple chunks; heat through. Serve over noodies. Honey Lemon Park Chops 4-6 pork chops, 1-2 inch [1cm] thick 1 tbsp [15 ml] vegetable oil 1/3 cup [75 ml] chili sauce 1/4 cup [50 ml] honey 1/2 tsp [2 ml] grated lemon rind 1 tbsp [15 ml] lemon juice 1/4 tsp [1 ml] sait 1/8 tsp [1/2 ml] pepper 1/2 cup [125 ml] sour cream 1 tbsp [15 mli flour Trim fat from chops and score. Heat oil in fry pan. Brown chops on both sides. Drain fat. Combine chili sauce, honey, lemon rind and juice, sait and pepper. Stir into pan. Cover and simmer over iow heat about 30 minutes. Remove chops from pan and keep warm. Whisk tegether sour cream and flour. Stir inte pan juices. Cook until smooth and thick. Spoon over chops. Serves 4-6. Marvellous Meat Loaf 1-1/2 lb [750 g] lean ground beef 1 cup [250 ml] soft bread crumbs 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 cup [75 mi] chili sauce 1 tsp [5 mi] sait 1/8 tsp [1/2 mi] pepper Combine ingredients tho- roughly. Formn into a loaf [8x4x1.1/2"/2Ox1Ox4cm] in shial- Iow baking pan. Bal<e in 350 degree F [180 degree C] oven, 1 hour. Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before siicing. Makes 6 servings.
