Cream butter and sugar together, then add eggs and beat until fiuffy. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately to creamed mixture with milk. 2. Turn out on lightly floured surface. Knead, in more fleur as necessary te malte a firm dough. To tint, kneêad in paste food coloring applied with a toothpick until you reach the colour you wish. Refidgerate, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap for about an hour before rolling out. 3. Preheat oven te 325 degrees F. Roll out on back of lightly ouled cookie sheets te 1/8" thickness. Use a lightly floured rolling pin. 4.Bake about 12 minutes, checking frequently se edges do not brown. Remove immediately te wire racks to cool for about 30 minutes, then lay pieces on a fiat surface covered with paper towels te dry overnight. 5. Wrap any unused dough tightly in plastic wrap and refridgerate for weeks. Bring te room temperature and knead briefly to use again. Yeiid: about four dozen large cookies. The successful candidate will act as liaison to the community user groups on behaîf of the Department. Qualifications: Graduate of a recognized Recreation Leadership or Facility Management Program. Consideration would be given to candidates with extensive experience in a recreation setting or currently enrolled in a related college or university program.
