Scouts ýget Wintario grant The Oshawa district for Scouts Canada bas been awarded a Wintario facilitjy management grant of $3>916, according to Durham Centre MPP Allan Furlong. Free Press photo Pringle camp registration The Pringle Creek Community Centre sehool will be operating a summer day camp from Pringle Creek Park and the school, located at the corner of Manning and Rib- blesdaleinWhitby. Indoor activities such* as volleyball, basketball, badminton and floor hockey wil be played. Outdoors, soccer, basebail, games and. hiking are planned. Arts and crafts wlll also be part of the weekly activities. On Fridays, there will be tennis and swimming at the Iroquois Park complex to wind up the week. The cost of the camp is $50 per week and sessions will run July 4 - 8, Ju1ý, 11-15, July 18-22, July 25-29, Aug. 1-5 and Aug. 8-12. Register any Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evenmng between 7 and 9 p.m. at the sehool. Registration is on a first- come basis. Telephone ahead about available openings at 668-0666.
