'"We are having difficulty finding guards. Pay is not the problem, there is just too much work out there," said transit and traffic coordinator William Grylls. "lt is our intention (public works department) to report to council in June and recommend complete removal of- school crossing, where regular guards cannot befound," wrote Grylis.
