VJ Sporting Goods features a wide range of fishing poles, tackle, lures, tackle boxes, nets, knives, fishing vests, the latest in depth-finding gadgets and much more. Owners Vernon and Jean Griffin say they "try their best to make people happy,and we are both here to help anyone who needs help, te, advise what to buy for certain purposes, to give a selection in the customner. Vernonr worked for Canadian Tire for 20 years in the warehouse. Southridge Men's Wear, loca- ted on Brock St. just south of the four corners, features contemp- orary formai, business and leisure clothing for both young and eider men. The store predomninantly car- ries the Chaps/Ralph Lauren line, less expensive than the Polo line but stili the samne "quality" look, according to Kent. Other clothing bears such namnes as Arrow and Riviera, and Kent plans to add lines to the store's selection in the near future. There is a good selection of ready-made suits in a wide range of fabrics at Southridge.
