Armstrong developed a good grasp of the real estate industry in her four years plus as a sales agent. She began in Toronto, moving into this area three years ago. She was introduced to the real estate industry while employed by Allen Ruben Realty Advertising, Toronto, where she designed the on-site sales trailers for new home sites. "I was iooking for a career change,' Armstrong says, "and I thought I'd 'try the other end of the business." Her agents are al womnen.
