Hamers is returning to the team, called the Lady Panthers, as senior catcher. She helped the team win its third consecutive Gateway Con- ference regular season titie last year. Novices reach semi-finals Whitby was the only AA team to reach the semi-finals of a major novice AAA tournâment in Anilierst, $.Y., March 10-12. Whitby' swept past Hamburg, N.Y. 10-O in the first game as Darryl Lewis and Paul Gray each scored three goals while Danny Ricica had four assists.
