She started oil painting as a hobby in 1958 entered sorne works in a lcalf amateur show where she sold two palntings and recoived two comimissions. So spurred on, she displayed some in a cinema in Toronto, sold a few and had the copyright bought fromn a well knowni card company, of which calendars were made. A littie later another greeting card cornpay did the same, this time Christmas carda for overseas. She has exhibited at varlous big cinemas, The Four Seasons Hotel, T. Eaton Co. and many 'one-man shows.'
