"0f the area employer. interviewed about the firet quarter 1991 hiring plans, il par cent expect te add more staff during this period while 15 per cent epete curtail the number of workers and 70 per cent anticipate no change in current staffing levels," reported JoAnne Prout, area manager Of Manpowar's Durham «Region.
