Playing teanis in their own division resulted in easy victories, 6-2 over Uxbridge and 8-1 over Bowmanville. Whitby then played more competitive gaines against rep teains, defeating Oshawa Black Hawks 3-2 and Bowmanville 4-2 while tying Oshawa Canadiens 5-5. Whitby's only two defeats so far camne agarnst the older Burlington minor atoins selects, and the third period did in Whitby in both games. So far Jamie Gibb has led the way on the score sheet with 10 goals, followed by Ian Cuthbertson with seven, Biais Lawson five, Greg LeBlanc and Matthew Camenzyli three each, Garett Rtichard and Chad Kawasaki two apiece, and Caineron Munro with a single. The other inembers of the teain are Mike Hamilton, Kyle Tennant Aaron Burke, Matthew Walten, Nicholas Cowan, Trevor Bremner and Scott Dennis. Ail have contributed te a defensive effort which iinproves with each outing.
