The chambers are concerned that most media attention bas been given te labour groups' pro- posais that made up one cf two reports on recoinmended changes te the existingkAct. Meanwhile, say the chambers, more attention should be paid to the second report, by an employer representatives cern- mittee, that h as concerns about the economic effects of the labour proposais.
