Locally, there is a tire dump and another site that shouid be deait with. People in Whitby have been concrned with these threats te our community. This wouid only. happen mi rare circuistances and wouid require the authorization of the Pire Code commission. The need for these amendments was pointed out last fail and winter on several occasions by local fire officiais.
