Saturday xnorning, Whitby easly triunxphed over Markhwm 9-2 on four goals by Roland, two each by Wouters and Annis, and a. single from Babon. A"ssta went to Babony three, Hieny two Drummond, Wouters and Alison Moore. The highlight of the tournament for Whitby was Saturday evening's gae against Gloucester. Previously undefeated, li lague or tournaroont play this season,. Gloucester found* themselves on the short end of a 7-4 score. Carolyn Audet, always solid in go]for Whitby, was outstanding, facing 34 shots on net. In comparison the Gloucester goalies faced only 16. Assisting Audet with a top-notch job on defence were Moore, Catie Challoner, Finn and Jennifer Penny. Leading the offence, Drumnxond scored two goals and assisted on four more, Annis had t wo'goals and-t wo assista, Henry had two goals'and an as"st, and Babony had a, goal and 'an 'asst.
