The project, recommended for funding by the Durham Region District Health Councl, will focus con the prevention cf eider abuse through education. Over the next 20- months, several initiatives will be undertaken, one cf which will be te, work with a multi-disciplnar comnittee te, identify factors that lead toeleder abuse and te -plan prevention strategies.
