The developer intends to build a 22,000-sq. fit. White Rose Nursery outlet on the site, along with a 27,600 sq. ft. office building and a 4,800-siq. ft. restaurant. A spokesman for the developer said no decision has been made on the future of the White Rose store on Dundas Street. The developer wants to build a two-storey, 8,288-sq. ft. structure on the site, which is now occupied by two singie-family dwellings.
