He stalled in the first heat and was forced into a puddle in the second heat. Ilis poor finishes in the qualifiers forced him te start near the back of the pack. But when the green flag flew in the third heat, Osier saw nothing but the front of the pack -- he nmade seemingly impossible moves look easy. Within five laps he was in second place, and closing on in the leader. With three laps te go, though, Osler's chain broke and he had te settie for sixth place. The Yamaha direct drive class saw a littie better luck for OsIer. He had te start last in this class also, but within two laps he was directly behind the leader. In another few laps he was around the leader and there was ne looking back. Osier went on te win the Yamaha direct drive class by approximately a straightaway over second place. Also racing with the Osler team is Jason Bradimore. This is Bradimore's first year in the National 2 cycle class. Bradimore started off his rookie' season on a winning note, taldng the first and third heat (the only one that counts), te go on and win the day. His sponsor is Parking Solutions of Whitby.'
