An Easter egg hunt will begin at 10 a.m. Colourful Easter eggs will be scattered throughout the downtown area (south to Ontrino Street, north to Jerry's Drug Warehouse, east to MacKay Animal Clinic and west to the Miracle Food Mart plaza). Every egg otains a prize, either a hoclate egg or a 'downtown dollar.' Familles can use the dollars te help purchase an item or service from downtown businesses. The DBIA will then reimburse the stores. Kobblesitone Petting Farin will be located at the Bell Tai parking lot, corner of Byron and Ballroom dancing Ballroom dancing is held every Sunday evening at the Kinsmen hall, Coîborne and Kaiser streets, in Oshawa. There is a free lession with admission ($4) at 7 p.m. General dancing is from 7:30 to 10 p.m. Ail levels of dancers (couples and singles) attend. Strict tempo music is provided. Diamond to perform in Whitby The Whitby Public Library and Town of Whitby parka and recreation departmnent will present Juno Award winner Charlotte Diamond and zany pal Paul Gitlitz for a return engagement on Fniday, April 8. The event will take place at Heydenshore Pavillon from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $6 per person or $20 for a family of four, and are available at alI branches of the library.
