Well, we're both lookcing for a team mascot. The NBA has decided on an "animal' theme, their short list down to, a posible 10. Sinclair, as well, has compiled the results of recent surveys -- but our list comtained 27 possibilities. This is what you proposed: the Sinclair Altars, Stingers, Iàghtning (Tampa Bay bas made this quite a strikcing symbol), or Sonics, Senators, Suns, Sabres and Settlers -- these have an aliterative ring with Sinclair Seconday Celtics, Cats, Cardinals conure images of regalness, nine lives, and lucky good fortune. Storm, Fury, Supersonics, Lasers contain qualities inherent in a winning teain, the fury of an offensive attack storming like a supersonic with laser-like speed. Wolves, Thnberwolves, Wol- verines sta]k a wild image of prowess, Sinclair students djimbing to the Summits, or our coipetition retreating over the top. Perbaps IHighlanders, llinging furiously on the field, or Mustangs Stallions and Steers wildly bcigfel, confidently aùnd with independence. Skyhaws wr, Sabres bite, Scorpions sting, Sharks will eat yoII Up. Whatever trademark Sinclair teams finally take on will be 'Dynos.' Stay tuned, we're almost on the fields in uniform and in colour.
