Ontario Transportation Minis- ter Gilles Pouliot bas been asked te create a special task force that would determine the path of a Zone tinig link between Hwy. 20 sdte future Hwy. 407. The task -force would attempt te arrive at a route that is acceptable te Whitby officiais and residents opposed te the ministry's plans.
