The fraudulent agencies or 'bureaus,' as tbey are semetimes called, conduct auditions for one day in a local hotel or motel. They charge an evaluation fée nt the time of the audition, and dlaim that it is totally refundable if the registrant does not qualify. They sometimes charge additional fees.
