YMCA holds tournament The Durham Region YMCA will host its second annual women's basketball tournanient on March 31 and April 1. The YMCA is looking 'for 10 teanis with a maimum number of 10 people on each teain. The coat is $200 per teazn. The tournainent will be a round-robn format which will ensure each tearn two gaines. In addition, a foul-shooting contest will be held on the Saturday of the tournanient. The deadline for registration is March. The five-week, eight-badge prograin costs $25. Rentai skates are available for $1 per week. Coaches and some of Canada's top-ranking artistc skaters wil teach the basics including edges, stopping, turns and backwards skating.
