Carrled Five Whitby residents are among 32 charged or facing charges foflowing a two-year investigation of what police describe as a major international eteroid distribution orgamization. Royal Canadian'Mounted Police say the investigation involved, the importation of large quantities of eteroids from Spai and Ireland. The steroida, were distributed throughout North America. Early morning last Wednesday, RCMP and Durham Regional Police executed numerous warrants in Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Courtice, Port Hope, Thorold and Scarborough.
