ONE PARENT FAMI LIES The Whitby Chapter of The One Parent Families Association of Canada meets every Monday evening at 8:30 p.m. in the Centenial building on Center St. in Whitby. The One Parent Families Association of Canada operates under a federal charter as a Non-Profit organization whose ad- ministration is handied by members who volunteer their time without renumeration. The basic aim is to en- courage families with one parent to take their rightful place in a traditionally two parent society.
