This is the Fifteenth An- nual County Town Carnival and ail is ready to make it the biggest and greatest carnival to date. Starting July 20 with the Legion Beauty Pageant and con- dluding Augaust 4 with the annual fireworks display. "This year's carnival has more to entertain the citizens of Whitby than ever before," states Robin Lyon, Blood carnival president.
