Cut shape with biscuit or cookie cutter. Make hole in top for hanging. Cut inner cir- dles out with smaller 1~ cutters or fre ehand. Dry and place on flat surface covered with plastic wrap. Mix red food color ing with glue and pour into holes, pushing out with a tooth- pick to be sure it touches ail edges of cutouts. Don't move until dry. Peel off wrap and decorate rest of the ornament and spray. Attach gold loop. Dough leit over from cutting out shapes and from holes can be worked together with unused dough, just as you would cookie dough. Also, it can be kept for weeks in a tightly closed plastic bag.t Would you like to give your tree a whole new look this year? But, yqu are stopped by the thought of the cost. Here's a way to make several dozen new Qrnaments for three dol- lars or less plus two or three hours of your time. You'11 need glue, flour, cornstarch, food coloring, cookie cutters and some colored cord or yarn. Measure equal parts of Elmer's Glue-Ail, flour and cornstarch in a bowl-one level cup of each to make two dozen or more ornaments. Mix and knead until well blended. If mixture is too dry, knead in a drop or two of glue; if too moist, sprinkle with flour and cornstarch, a littie at a time. Roll out a small amount of the dough at a time to about 1/4" thickness and cut into shapes with cookie cutters, jar lids or free- hand. While it's soft, be sure ta twist holes with plastic straws, for hanging. NOV80 HOLLY BALI adds cheery accent to your tree.
