This week we had dinner arrived, it was delightful from every standpoint. The food was tasty and well prepared. Our courteous waitress came to our table several times to ask if everything was alright, and if there was anything else she could get for us. for tables. The Grenada then opened the Sub Pub a nd Banquet Room in the lower level of the mail and both of these ventures have been a suc- cess. At the Sub Pub you can have a quiet drink and also can drop in for a meai or just a snack. Le Centre' is iocated just outside the K- Mart store and has been doing a brisk business since the day it opened. The Grenada Restaurant has been a favourite dining spot for years with people from ail over Durham Region. People who frequent the place on a regular basis know they are assured of a good meai at a good price and this dom- bination has been a policy that has been maintained by Jimmy and his partners sin- ce the day t.hey first opened the doors. The service is courteous and prompt and you will find it a dining spot where you wiii not be disappointed in any way. In fact, we feel you will be returning again and again. The salad bar at the Grenada Restaurant at the Grenada Restaurant and Tavern in Sheridan Mail. It was a deiightfui ex- perience from the stan- dpoint of good food and the prices being right. With today's costs being what they are, many people find dining out to be a special treat. You can eat at the Grenada for about what it costs you to eat at home. The decor has a spanish flavour and the âtmosphere is quiet and conducive to en- joying good food with you family and friends. Actuai'y, we have eaten at the Grenada many times, but not in recent months. We were delighted to find that the same high quality we alwayp. knew still prevails. There are many items to choose from on the Grenada menu, but our own favourtie was always the Prime Rib of Beef. My compamion had a Shrimp Cocktail and half chicken, both plates served with baked potato. "uie our dinner was being prepared by the chef, we went to the salad bar whlch contains over 50 items. The Grenada manager, Jimmy Savarnis and his partners have made it a point of business to keep cheir food always of the best quality, but at prices any famly can afford. Dinner for two ranges from $12.00 to $30.00. The Coach House is ciosed on Mondays.
