Family Trust is organizing a toy drive to provide gifts for local children who might other- wise find an empty stocking on Christmnas morning. "Through the Family Trust sales staff we will be distributing over 100,000 cards in our various market areas announcing that the toy drive is on and asking local residents for their par- ticipation in the prograin," Blair Buchanan of the Whit- by Family Trust office said last week. "Last year the toy drive was a tremendous success and this year we are expec- ting bigger and btter results," Buchanan said. Buchanan said that this is one way that his company can show their appreciation to the community in which they earn their living. Chris Donnely walked away from the meet with three first in the boy's 10 and under category for the 100 metre freestyle, 100 metre fly and the 100 metre backstroke. Derek Hannan captured first spot in the 50 meter fly while Brent Walsh finished first in the 100 meter breaststroke and Mike Neugebauer clinched top spot in the 50 meter freestyle. The only first place finish in the girl's 11/12 coin- petition was Heather Ain- sley who won the 50 metre fly heat. Brian McAlinden, Kevin Walker, Robbie Walsh and Tyson Metcalfe finished first in the 100 metre freestyle, 100 metre fly, the 100 metre breaststroke and the 50 metre fly respectively in the boy's 11/12 category. Kim and Kelly Walker collected two first each for the girl's 13/14 age group Kim in the 100 metre freestyle and the 100 metre backstroke and Kelly in the JUDY RAYMOND Tony Kiompmaker, Manager of W.
