Rer fin- ger tip veil was caught in a crown set with seed pearis, and she carried a bouquet of red carnations and stephano-i tis, with white streamers en- twjned with carnations. She ~ wore a single strand of pearîs, gift of the groom. Miss Helen Pemberton, sis- ter of the bride, was matron of honor, and the bridesmaids were Mrs. Sonny Wamboldt, a frjend o! the bride, and Mrs. Keith Wood, sister of the groom. They were identically dressed in street -l1e n gt h gowns of blue chiffon with. full skirts, the waists being' fashioned wjth cummerbunds and large bows at the back. They carried baskets of yel- low pom 'mums, shasta dais- jes, and pjnk rosebuda with green fern. Mr. Stan Hoy, Courtice, was best man for bis brother, and the ushers were Mr. Warren Pemnberton, Whitby, and Mr. Reid Cochrane, Orono. Followjng the wedding, the reception was held in St. John's Parish Hall.
