Each one read the customs at Christmas time of one country, they were England, Mexico, France, Hoiiand, Sweden, Gerrnany, Austria, Italy and Palestine. Hymns were interspersed be- tween readîngs. Mrs. Stapleton and Mrs. J. Buttery conducted cnnteists on Christmas carols, songs, and things pertaining to Christ- mas. Prizes were given. A dehcious - turkey supper with ail the trimmings and Christmas pudding was ser- ved us hy Unit 11, with Mrs. Thompson, leader. The tables were prettily decorated and candles burning added much to our afternoon. Mrs. Twist thanked ail the ladies of the Unit for their kindness and taking time at a busy time to serve us.
