SUTTON IS OUT - Thtat 11-0 putstIng the Red Eagle Juniors handed Sutton South Shore Rangers a week ago Sunday must have put the lid on the problems Sutton has been having this year because they now have dropped out of the, league. This was most unfortunate for their team and their owner who has been working hard trying to keep the group together. The move wfil mean a, re-schedùling on the remnainder of the game, with ail teams now participating in the playoffs. During their short season, Sutton has lost six players and their coach, so the withdrawal was not entirely unexpected. SPORTS MINDED - Bowmanvilîe, has always been known as a sports minded town and there seems to be no indication of any change. Fortunateîy, it was ahl over in a few minutes without any major casualties and the crowd cheered the Whitby players on to greater efforts, loving every minute of the ice battie. Now, the Macs have a new coach, it is hoped their showing for the rest of the year will improve.
