A letter sent to the board from Ronald Wide, president of local 1206 of the Canadian Union of Public Empioyees indicated that their 159 mem- bers decided to ignore the protest in a generai meeting on Sept. il. A proposai to amend the existing collective agreement of the board bas been recom- mended by the union.
