Wood on King St. Bowmanville strad- dling the two wes tbounal lanes. Tests were .13 and .11. The fine was $150 and costs, in default 15 days. Allie Allin, 25, Bowmanville, pleaded 'guilty' to taking a steréo valued at $100 and 3 tapes fromn a parked car. He was on probation at the Lime. The fine was $300 and costs, in default 30 days. The stereo and one tape were recovered and he is to make restitution for two tapes. The judge told him 'it is the end of thé road for him if he dàoesn't straight- en up'. He had been charged that between April 1 and May 18 'did unlawfully permit fumes and refuge matter, contrary te a Township cf Clarke by-law pleaded 'net guilty' and a second charge cf allowing seepage into a water course which could cause pollution. Burns, both 17, Bowmani- ville were placed on suspend- ed sentence for 3 months following a charge that they cid without lawful excuse prewl by night which is a petty trespass offense. Both pleaded 'guilty'. Const. Wood was investigating officer. Albert Hamilton, 19, Bow- manville, received a total of 45 days in jail with a possible 62 days if fines levied are flot paid for 6 charges dating back in 1975. The judge told him hie was lenient with him when se many charges were laid. In addition hie was placed on probation for 2 years, to report to officer once, a month, to wholly abstaîn from alcohol, te net enter any licensed premises. He is to. keep the officer informed of his place of residence, hie is to remain in this jurisdiction at all times. Seigfried Ulrich, was charged May 15 'did fail to 'produce income tax returns for 1974 following a demand made by the Department. He was flot in court. The fine was $200 and costs. Paul Passant, 18, 120 Duke St., Bowmanville, was charg.. cd August 7 'did commit mischief to the auto of a local man which exceeded $50 by kicking, and denting it.' He pleaded 'guilty'. Gordon MeNab, 17, Bow- manville, plcPaded 'guilty' to 4 charges ,of forgery nin Scptem- berand also charged along with one other 'did break the window of a bus and steal a sum of money'. He pleaded 'guilty' to these charges. Consts., Hyraniuk and McFeet- ers aftended and shone a light in and found McNab in the bus. He was put on probation for 3 years, to report once a month.
