But, even though the winter program at the centre hasn't started yet, Mrs. Bickle said that the old Cream of Barley Mill is already a busy place. She explained that a con- tractor would soon be instaîl- ing new ceilings at the mill in order to comply with fire regulations and members of the Visual Arts'Centre are rolling up their sleeves and helping to put the mill into shape.
