Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until liquid boils. Boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat. Cool in saucepan for about 15 minutes. Scrape foam to side of pan and pour liquid into a loaf pan. Cool over- night. Loosen wmxur from sides of pan and pull out onto waxed paper, dJusted with confectioners sugar. Allow to dry for several hours or overnight. Cul into triangles with a hot, wet knife. Dust with ad- ditional confectioners sugar. Allow to air dry for several days. EGGNOG EXTRAORDINAIRE 6 eggs, separated 1cup sugar /cnp Ronrico Gold Rum 1/2 cup Leroux Deluxe Brandy 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 pints heavy cream, whipped smnnth 112 ups milk (optional) Beat egg yolks and sugar in an electric mixer until light and smooth.
