Davey, 19, 98 Wellington St. Oshawa, was sentenced to 30 days in jail on one count and 30 days con- current on each of nine other charges of break and enter at cottages in the Lake Scugog area. He was also charged with two counts of mischief at the cottages. The crown said 'it was senseless vandalism.' He was with others. The cot- tages involved sustained ex- tensive damage. 1Kenneth Morrison, 17, 1285 Simcae S. Oshawa, pleaded 'guilty' to one charge of theft over $200. on November 4. He took some tools from a truck. All recovered. He was put on probation for one year with usual terms after which a conditional discharge will be given. Bench warrants issued for Geoffrey Masters,ý Kimberly Wilson and Edward Robinson. Larry Chas. Mallette, 21, Newcastle, was charged November 21 'did aperate a car carelessly on a street in Newcastle.' He was also charged with 'failure ta report an accident.' P.C. Park received a caîl about a car proceeding in an erratic fashion. Mr. Mallette stated hie lost control of the truck and went into a ditch. He was fined $100. on each count or 10 days. Stephen 'Neil Sloan, 23, Millbrook, was placed on probation for three months following a conviction for theft of a pair of boots not ex- ceeding $200 on December 14. He is ta report once a week.
