The total number of tickets issued in December 1978 was 263. In 1977 the number was 412. The decrease is due mainly to the construction of King Street and free parking the week before Christmas. Total revenue from parking meters during December was $983.61 as opposed to $1,433.85 the year before. In January this year, 77 tags were issued compared to 519 in 1978.
