A leaderhip skills workshop for women will be held at Durham College, June 4,5, and 6. This three-day workshop is back by popular demand, and will be gîven by Women Associates, a firm which deals with the management of major corporations to pro- mote the development and implementation of programs for women. The workshop will be -concerned with such areas as Assertiveness Training, Career Development, Problem Solving, Decision Making and Time Manage- ment. Douglas Bird, 34 Duke Street, Bowmanville has received a "Priory Vote of Thanks" from the Order of St. John Ambulance and has been invited to the Investiture in Toronto in June, presided over by Hler Honor, Lieutenant - Governor Pauline M.
