Jessie Fisk planned to surprise her husband, Gerald with her book "Memories" on the occasion of their 35th wedding anniversary. However, Jessie could not keep it a secret any longer and presented Gerald with her memories of the farm last week. As the title implies, the book printed by the Orono Weekly Times, is filled with stories about episodes that happened on the Fisk farm from 1944 to 1979. Some are very amusing - others have a tinge of sadness. Illustrators for the book were Mrs. Dean Fisk (Peggy Story) and David Sutch Jr. Books may be purchased from U.C.W. members. We understand that the ladies of the Bethany Anglican Church and the Bethany U.C.W. are also selling the book.
