Owen Albert Harris, 36, 51 Trailridge Cres., West Hill, Ileaded 'guilty' ta a charge aid April 30, 'drove after coasuming over .08'. Const. Watkins observed him driving erratically on Highway 401. Tests were 1.5. He was represented by D. Barber. The judge told him it was time he started ta think of other people before driving on a high speed highway.' The fine was $275 or, 25 days. Three months license suspension. Walter Wereszczynski, 25, 55 Church St., Bowmanviiie, pleaded 'guilty' ta taking a piece of fence from Mosport Park May 5 flot exceeding $200. Const. Partridge and Wood investigated. His vehicle was searched at his residence. The fine was $125 or 12 days. Mark Rowe, 63 Lambs Lane, Bowmanville, was placed on probation for six months after pleading 'guilty' ta a charge of common assault at the Castie Hotel where he is a bouncer. He will be given a conditional discharge after -probation. Thomas Charles Whitehead, 27, R.R. 4, Bowmanviile, was paced on a bond for 12 months following a threat which lie made April 14 'ta blow his wife's head off'. The weapons at no time were taken out of the closet. Ail were seized by the off icers at the time. Ronald Frederick Herchai, 18, 107 Kennedy Rd., Scarboro, pleaded 'guilty' toaa fishing violation on April 26.
