The orchestra will receive seven weeks of training during July and August. MYRTLE VIOLA McDONALD Ill four monthS, Myrtie Viola McDonald, passed away Wednesday, May 2nd, 1979 in Memorial Hospital, Bowmanville. She was in ber 78th year. Daughter of Benjamin and Allie Johnston, she: was born in Manilla, Ontario, and educated at White Sehool, Mariposa Township, and at Peterborough Business College, and in 1926 was- married to S. Roy McDonald. A member of Trinity United Church__ she _had_ resided in Bowmanville since 1928 and the past 34 years, at 17 Carlisle Avenue. She was a devoted wife and mother, interested in her home, family and friends. Left ta mourn ber passing are ber husband, two daughters Marlene Jarvis, and Muriel Abernethy, two brothers Morley Johnston of Oakwood, and George Johnston, of Belleville, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Reverend John Peters officiated at the funeral services held on Friday at the Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home. Palibearers were Messrs.
