For 1979 the outcome should be just as much a surprise as some of the world's best converge on Mosport for the sîxth race in the eleven round OBITUARY LESLIE HAROLD COLLACUTT Following a brief, two weeks illness, Leslie Harold Colla- cutt, aged 84, passed away on Tuesday, July lth, 1979, at Dr. Joseph O. Ruddy Hospital, Whitby. Born and educated in Salem, he was the son of Robert and Clarissa Collacutt, and the beloved husband of Christine McLatchy, and the late Lela Westlake. He was a resident of Mapie Grave for 47 years, and of 36 Duke St., Bowmanville for six months. Mr. Collacutt's occupation was farming. He was a member of Maple Grove United Church, the Canadian Club, and the Newcastle Senior Citizens Club. Surviving are his wîfe Christine, two daughters, Pearl Johnson, Courtice and Lenore Hoar, Bowmanville, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Fheral services were held at the Narthcutt Elliott Funeral Home on Thursday, with the Reverend David Bmrns officiating.
