If their hair is of the fine, limp variety this can be very damaging. Others who may not do any of these things to their hair can stili have very weak hair due to illness or poor dietary habits. The condition of the hair does not stay the same from year to year, or even from week to week and in my opinion hair- condition is the most important factor in obtaining the best resuits from ail salon procedures.
