It was pointed out by Mr. Robertson that Ontario Hydro would do the managing, book work, billing as welIl as maintenance and construction on a contract basis at a predetermined cost per customer on a number of the works. Under the procedure of contractmng out the work the present commis- sion would continue to oper- ate as in the past.- At the present time the Orono hydro charges to their customers is. slightly higher than Newcastle and Bowman- ville but lower than Ontario Hydro charges.
