School too noisy and distracting The Haliburton and Kawartha Health Unit is moving its health clinics for kindergarten children from holding them in the schools to their Cobourg office. It has found that schools are too noisy and distracting for the program. The Health Unit also wants to reach pre-schoolers with testing for vision, hearing, speech and im- munization.
