Some action MUST be taken. A committee of local residents, the Newcastle Com- munity Liaison Group, was set up to provide information to and feedback from the public and will ultimately prepare a report to Council with recommendat ions as to how to best deal with the problem of radioactive wastes n the Town of Newcastle.
