Bittersweet chocolate gives the mousse a rich, intense flavor and a deep chocolate color. Combine 5 squares chocolate, 1 egg and 2 egg yolks, mix well. Blend in liqueur. Beat 2 egg wbites until foamny. Add icing sugar and beat until stiff sbiny peaks form. Fold whipped cream into egg wbites. Carefully fold chocolate mixtures into egg white mixture. Pour into 6 dessert dishes. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. To coarsely'grate chocolate, warmn it sligbtly in your hand or in the microwave on Defrost for about 30 seconds and softened.
