Bccoming a coach l'or any recreational sport requires a- c()rimitnent whlch most parents arc reluctant oi unable to make. Recreational sports arc very important for te develapment of our children, especially for the values it instills ini them including teami play, discipline, competitiveness, improved skills and hopefully respect for fair play. It is sometimes a thankless job, but we hope that coach Kim Irwin and assistant coach Rob Mercier (and ail the parent volunteers) realize'how important their efforts have been in providing our children with a happy, successful summer of baseball. When standing, stand with one foot up and change positions oten. 3. When driving, move the car seat forward to keep the knees level with the hips. Sit straight and drive with both hands on the wheel. 4. If working at a table or dcsk, sit in chairs low enough to place both feet flat on the floor. 5. Invest in a good quality, firm mattress.
